It would be nice if there were make an ant task that would convert/export the
tasklist (ics file) into the HTML without starting the IDE and manual work.

This should be implemented as a new module to not create a dependency on /ant.  
Estimated effort: 8 hours.

I do not plan to work on this issue anymore.
There is some (not working) code for this under tasklist/usertasks/ant.
