[build 200510111800]

- have deployed ejb module
- undeploy it from the server (in runtime tab)

=> module is undeployed (checked in admin console) but its icon is still in
runtime tab - this is confusing

happens to me on following platforms:
-winXP 64bit + sjsas 8.1_02-b06-fcs
-sol10 sparc + sjsas 8.1_02-b11-fcs

Please attach the associated module and also list the steps that you did in
order to reproduce this issue. I cannot reproduce this with
deploying/undeploying simple modules.

1/ we cannot reproduce the bug
2/ the request for more information did not add a reproducible test case.
3/ reopen if you can reproduce, and please, attach all relevant information.

works fine for me now too, maybe something temporary => ver.
