Use command line option -is:extract. It will extract setup.jar. Then run "java -Dis.debug=1 -jar setup.jar" from console. Please attach output here. Cannot reproduce. Please reopen when you add more info. Thanks. Closing as WORKSFORME. Please try to delete directory "C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield". It could be the same problem as in issue #67530. I just found provided output is from running setup.jar. Anyway it is not clear why reported problem happens. Please try to clean directory "C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield" if it helps or not. I will report this problem to InstallShield. Looks like dupl of issue #67530. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 67530 *** Correction: Try to clean directory "C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Universal". Directory "C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield" could contain also other things besides installer cache stored in Universal dir. |
