Steps:
1. Invoke "CVS | Search History" action on some file that is under source control.
2. Setup searching parameters that don't have any result. (Summary button is
push) Push "Search" button.

There no results. The output are is empty. But it will be better to display some
message with "There are no results meeting the criteria". (Something like in
"Diff" action).
