I am using 11/28 IDE build with JDK 1.4.2 on Win XP with both appserver 8.1 and 8.2


I register one 8.2 server and one 8.1 server, when I click
on Tools, I don't see both Pointbase Database and Derby Database in the menu.
Currently, I can only see one, if I register the 8.2 server first, I can see 
Derby Database,if I register the 8.1 server first, I can see Pointbase Database, 
but not both.

fixed as a side effect of 69882
