The Windows installer did not work for RC1 and RC2.

I get the following screen from the install shield:

Welcome to the Install Wizard for ERROR: null 
The Install Wizard will install ERROR: null on your computer. To continue,
choose Next.

After Next, I accept hte licanse agreement , chosse a directory , the Java  SDK
is recognized by the installer , but then it says: 

Please read the information below.
Errors occured during the installation
* null
* null
* null
* null
Thefollowing warnings were generated:

Problem is corrupted VPD registry database used by InstallShield. It is in
C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Universal. Please send me zipped
content of this folder directly to me so we can send report to InstallShield.
Workaround is to delete content of this folder.
