Configurable ignore behaviours of diff that would be very helpful:

1. Ignore white spaces in line: leading and engding

2. Ignore white spaces in line: in between words

3. Ignore carriage returns

The purpose is help id "real" code changes from "cosmetic" ones like formatting.
