NB dev(200605101800), JDK 6.0(b84)

Steps to reproduce:
- create NB project and set custom NB Platform
- remove NB platform
- start IDE
- open the same NB project
-> few informational exceptions logged into the console
- try to open properties of this project
- informational dialog opens with Ok button (switching to default platform), push Ok
- select Libraries node to set libraries
-> IOE rises (see attachment)
