I believe that parsing of a project should show a progress bar in the lower
right hand of the IDE. Since the IDE can't easily guess a percentage, I think
the progress bar should move back and forth similar to what happens during
cvs operations.

Since the parsing can take a fairly long time, it makes sense to give some
visual feedback that its going on.

Note: This IZ comes from an action item I got during the iteam meeting of
30 May (I was just slow filing it:-)

Already implemented some first steps on May 26 :-)
