Description:
Steps to reproduce:
 - create a Sync orch process
 - set a breakpoint at assign tag
 - deploy project
 - open properties window
 - start debugging
 - switch to BPEL Process Execution Debug window
 - select an activity that was not executed yet (activity called 'end' for example)
 - the property wondow's description field will contain strange HTML code

Evaluation:
This bug is related to the Process Execution Window that was dropped for now but
would be recovered in future.

Set as INVALID since the "Process Execution Window" is not available anymore.
