Steps to reproduce:
- create and deploy Synchronous sample
- start a new debug session
- right-click on the sequence element in designer and Toggle Breakpoint
- run test scenario.
Result: When the breakpoint is achieved editor switches to source view. The same
situation occurs after each step whereas user wants to watch process performing
in design view.

verified in build 060802_1

Verified that now when you debug with Design view open, it remains in the 
Design view
