When browsing fields or references in heapwalker, tree column of the treetable 
is sometimes moved to right without any chance to align it back to the left. 
This makes reading treetable data very difficult. Typically this happens when 
tree column scrollbar is already scrolled and tree is expanded.

Was also present in all other Profiler views. Fixed for M2.
