My project is in /tmp.  The tooltip for a newly created xml file in this project
is correct.  The tooltip for a java file in this project is correct.  The
tooltip for the persistence.xml is missing the leading "/".  Note that this is
the editor tab tooltip which shows the full path of the file.

This might be a multi-view problem because I noticed something similar with web.xml.

The problem is in the xml/multiview module, issue exists for all editors based
on it. Changing component.

Fixed in release55 branch.

Verified  all files have correct path tooltip displayed.
