When I start up the NeatBeans I get the following error(s):

A org.netbeans.mdr.persistence.RuntimeStorageException exception has occurred.
Please report this at http://www.netbeans.org/community/issues.html,
including a copy of your messages.log file as an attachment.
The messages.log file is located in your C:\Documents and 
Settings\ivan\.netbeans\5.0\var\log folder.

If I want to start up the application from NetBeans (run or deubg) I get the 
follwoing message:
"classpath.Main class was not found in the XYZ project."

I had attached the log file. 

The project was working with no problems before, but today it stared to actup. 
Please help.

Workaround for reporter: Clear netbeans user directory (C:\Documents and
Settings\ivan\.netbeans\5.0) and run again, open your projects again and it
should work.

Passing to java guys, something bad with mdr state.

Javacore module was replaced by Retouche infrastructure. This bug is not valid
in trunk any more.

Reorganization of java component
