All BPEL tests fail in m20a build.
The issue is created to track the problem.

Tests fail because of additional element xsi:schemaLocation in the actual output
file.

venkat, we have lost track of what Jun and Alex require. Perhaps it would be
best for them to modify the sample input and output.xml when the story is
finalized.

Despite developers did not react this issue, bug is fixed in build 060921
