if this isn't a duplicate i still would guess it's an aftereffect of #issue 81899.
beta2 doesn't work with svn client 1.4.
please, get an actuall build and the latest svn module from the update center.

i'm going to close this issue, but feel free to reopen if the problem should
still occure with the latest build.
