WHat JDK are you using ? I'm using 1.5.8. dafe, I had a chat with one of the documenters who has a new widescreen macosx computer. He reports something similar but his setup is rather complex. On macosx alone, it works fine, but when running windows in a virtual machine (if your mac is x86 based you can have embedded windows there) then the toolbars are stretched for him as well. What I suggested to him is to try changing the JDK, switching the windows look&feel from XP to classic to see if something changes. IMHO a jdk issue in the l&f implementation. This is known issue of JDK 1.5.0_08, still not fixed in 09. Please use other JDK versions to get rid of the bug. Marian may know the original report, I can't find it now... reopen *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 82776 *** v/c |
