Make Java EE freeform projects (web, ejb, ee app) more full featured and on par
with regular projects. E.g. support deployment, debugging, server-specific data,
Java Persistence etc. in freeform projects.

Moving target to NB 6.1.

Removing plan61 - only small UI improvements are planned in the web freeform area.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
