to reproduce:
-------------
1) stop Bundled Tomcat
ERROR: the stop takes around 2 min and 'ConnectException: Operation timed out'
exception appears in Tomcat output window.

Cannot reproduce the issue -> closing as WORKSFORME.

If you will be able to reproduce the problem again, please reopen the issue and
check whether it is reproducible without the IDE as well. Thanks
