Download Standart bundle.
Install this.
Move to Add/Remove Programs.
Choose NetBeans IDE to be Change/Removed.
At the Feature Setup shows only NetBeans IDE 6.0.
Uncheck the box.
Press Next. 
In Summary panel was showing: 
"The following component will be uninstalled:
 GlassFish v2 Milestone 4"
After Glassfish uninstalling move to Add/Remove Prorgams.
GlassFish still present on the list.
When try to uninstall it happens issue

Fixed. Now the components list in case of uninstallation from Add/Remove
programs should be filtered correctly and the statuses set accordingly. I.e. the
installer will not force uninstallation of all components if you select only one.
