1. Under Show Virtual Forms Button Sectoin, 
  it says " After installing the example, click on the Page1.jsp tab."
  it should be "click on the Design tab"

2. Figure 1 needs to be updated -- The table has a new icon at top of title and
bottom of the table. See attached screenshot.

Evaluation:
Need to fix for the post release NB sample apps module.

Evaluation (Entry 2):
The new screenshot is live already. 

Since the Page1 tab might not be visible already, we could change the wording to
"After installing the example, open the design view for Page1.jsp." But this is
extremely minor.

Downgrading to P5 and targeting for mako.
