Description:
shortfin build 061003_1 on xp

+ created new project
+ right clicked on resources and choose add webservice client
+ choose wsdl : $leopard\startup\samples\websvc/TravelWS.wsdl 
* Leopard PE is up and running
* web service client created in projects under "Web Services References"

expand the node and choose any node underneath it, 
no properties shown (attached image)

Leopard had feature of test method and shows details of these methods.
This needs to be reinstated.

Evaluation:
This not exactly a regression, since we will be moving to Netbeans web services,
some things will be different than what we used to have earlier.

Removed REGRESSION keyword on this bug.
