If the user uses the gesture collector dialog repeatedly, it's not needed to welcome her again and again. It 
would be better to display some other message, maybe even with some sort of statistics.

This is hard to do with the concept of a static HTML page. I'll see what can 
be done when we migrate the anna.nbextras.org to anna.netbeans.org.

We should just a simple message with a link to more detailed documentation now.
