The only apparent DocBook style template is in OpenOffice 1.0 Text Document
Templat Format.  A new template should be added in OpenDocument Format

Old templates should be updated to new file formats in our source and on the website.

Fixed on homepage now.

Fixes for source code are in trunk and AOO42X.
