I am running a non-product build of DEV300_m92. To provoke the assertion. (*) Start OOo, but not for the first time after build, and without Quickstarter. Program displays Welcome Center. (*) From Welcome Center, take menu options Help > Support. Program opens Help window to tab "index", and displays Debug Output, as previously reported in issue 115661 ...
