I am running a non-product build of DEV300_m92.  The program does not
raise the assertion during first execution, while Quickstarter is
active.


To provoke the assertion.

(*) Start OOo.  Program displays Welcome Center.

(*) Take menu options Help > Support.  Program presents debug output
    ...
