Document with content.xml write error

Guys,

I prepared a medical authorization in odt format. I needed to change the document and "Save As" under a new file name. When I went to "Save As" I received the following error:

Error saving the document AUTH-HIPAA-RLF:
Write Error.
Error in writing sub-document content.xml

A screenshot of the error is:

http://www.3111skyline.com/dl/suse/bugs/114/oo/error-writing-sub-doc-content.xml.jpg

I couldn't even "Save" the document in .odt format. (I could export the .pdf or save it in word format just fine) I made a copy of the docuemnt and "unzipped" it and opened content.xml in kxmledit and couldn't find anything wrong (that doesn't mean there isn't an error, that just means I couldn't find it)

I have attached the document. Please use the document for debugging purposes only. You may use it freely for that purpose, but do not re-post it publicly as an example, etc.., for obvious reasons.

Let me know if I need to send anything else. Thanks.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.

When autosave is enabled, this bug also triggers endless autosave loops as described in Bug #120170 (see Bug #120170 Comment #7 for a screenshot).

test document: write_error_content_xml.odt

Attached is a document that shows the same behaviour: The file cannot be saved because a write error happens with content.xml. System: AOO 3.4.1 and AOO350m1(Build:9611) - Rev. 1420743 / 2012-12-13_04:34:45 - Rev. 1421074 (64 bit) on Ubuntu 12.04/AMD64.

The file was created with AOO 3.4.1 by replacing the contents of an older ODT with new contents from various DOC files.

LibreOffice 3.5.4.2 does not show this bug, so I was able to use it to anonymize the file before posting it here.

I also can reproduce the bug with Attachment #76415 [details] (see Comment #0) on the same system.

Both uploaded .odt files save without problems with AOO 4.1.6 under Windows 7.
