Low priority issue...
1) Create or open a OOo-Document
2) Choose Edit|Compare document.. from the menu
   -> A file-selector appears

The Dialog is titled "Insert" instead of "choose a file" or something similar.
Since the user doesn't want to insert the contents of the document, but compare
its contents...
This is also true for OOo643 and the localized builds (at least the german one)

SBA: According to the OpenOffice.org roadmap 
http://tools.openoffice.org/releases this issue was retargeted to "OOo
Later".

I believe a simple "open" would be an acceptable fix.

The patch changes the title at the wrong place. Insert/File would also be changed.
