This is possibly related to Bug 119380 although different

To test this, open up the attached documents and print to a spool fed Dymo Label Writer. From reviewing the possibly related bug this also affects the dymo 450 which is spool fed. 

You should see that the label text stops printing at the height of the document (for instance, a 4x1.75 label will only print in the first 1.75 inch of the label)

This document works correctly in OO 2.3

Forgot to mention that we're using the LabelWriter 400 Turbo and the issue is appearing at one of our clients with DYMO LabelWriter Twin Turbo

Why use RTF format?
Try to:
1) update with last build AOO 4.1.14
2) set your document with native format ODT
Come back here if it still continue
