I was printing a list of address labels using Mail Merge.  I chose File/Print, and then you are asked if you want to print a form letter - I clicked yes, and then you get the Mail Merge dialog, and then when I click OK to print, nothing happens - most of the time.  Every once in a while - it works and I am able to print.

It is quite simple:
1. Open the template labels.odt.  
2. Choose menu item File->Print... .
3. Dialog opens up asking: Do you want to print a form letter?  
4. Click Yes.
5. The mail merge window opens up. 
6. Click OK.
