steps taken leading to program hang + screen scrape

This is my 1st bugzilla report ever, so I may have missed something, but I did do a search "Format Picture Macro JRE Required" and result was nothing. also, the possible duplicate IDs do not seem to capture my 'bug'. The attachment outlines the steps I took and includes a screen scrape of the situation.

I was trying to rotate an inserted Picture 90 degrees. Format Picture leads to Picture frame with 9 tabs starting with Type. I clicked all of them in turn to see what options I had. When I clicked the last, Macro, the 'JRE Required' box appeared and I couldn't get rid of it. eventually, I used taskmgr to kill the program. I don't think that is right.

I feel that the trigger point to launch the JRE Required box should be when an option on the Macro tab is clicked, not when the Macro tab itself is clicked.

solution to the rotate problem is simply to orient the picture (using Paint or similar) as desired prior to inserting it with Write.
