create a plain writer document. put some lines there. change line endings to 
line arrows (arrows.sxw). now save this document as msword doc in different 
versions.

97/2k/xp (arrows-97-2k-xp.doc)

opening it with oo.org : lines are.. .well.. different. line arrows now are 
bigger. on big arrows this maybe would not be much of an issue, but on smaller 
ones you might get art.

opening with msword[xp] - arrows pretty much differ from the ones oo.org 
displays. they're a lot smaller.

95 (arrows-95.doc)

open with oo.org/msword - nothing. empty document

the same with 6.0 (arrows-6.doc)

now, let's take msword[xp] and save our arrows-97-2k-xp.doc as 95/6.0 - 
arrows-6.95-msword.doc (msword has 95/6.0 as one format, oo.org has separate 
95/6.0). hmm. although it complains about some background, arrows are there when 
we open document later - although when opening with oo.org they are only similar 
to the ones we saved and got in msword.

so, the problems - when opening .doc, arrows differ from the ones saved by oo.
org/msword; when saving as msword 95/6.0 arrows are gone

MRU->SJ: The same problem as issue #166? If so, please re-assign; I'll
close it as double then. Thank you!

SJ->MRU: Yes, this issue is double to I166. We are having problems if
storing our own arrows to Microsoft format, because they do not
support only five arrow types. The arrow size we are using for the
export needs to be improved.
