I would like a few items added to the list under Insert -> Fields.

1. Slide name
2. File name without the path and the extension. i.e. if the file name is
"MyDraw.sda", then the inserted field would show "MyDraw".  Currently the file
name field only gives a full path.

These new fields would really give me more flexibility.

Just for an "Insert Field" coherence in module.
Draw : Fields "Title" and "Subject" missing (by exemple).

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
