I first began to add a comment on issue 13099 but as I had no answer, I
decided to file this issue as the bugs are related but still different.
----------------------------------------------------------

Testcase :
- Open a brand new writer document
- type "text 1" on page 1 then <page jump>
- type "text 2" on page 2 then <page jump>
- type "text 3" on page 3
- Go to page 2 and insert an image below "text 2"
Now pay attention, here's the trick :
- delete the image and press "page down" immediatly after

Tadaaaa !!! When you pressed "page down", you jumped to page 3 but half a
second afterwards, OOo brings you back to page 2, where the image was deleted.

This test case might sound ridiculous but it is a real bug which becomes
really annonying when you use big documents and have to deal with a lot of
images.

It's interesting to note that this behavior doesn't happen if you go up ("page
up") in the document instead of going down ("page down").

I use OOo 1.1.1 on Debian unstable but I verified that this bug exists in OO
680m47 too.
