sometimes when a focus in a document changes and location is changed with mouse 
wheel oo.org jumps back to cursor position.

see attachment :
it should be positioned so that upper part of the picture is alongside upper 
ruler and selected. try to do these operations fast : ctrl+x, scroll with 
mousewheel down. document jumps back to the top of the page after slight delay. 
this is extremly anoying if editing of docuemtn with a lot of pictures is 
needed.

cut the image with ctrl+x; notice how cursor is positioned at the top of the 
page and blinks once; now scroll down.
