I create a simple GraphicObjectShape, give a GraphicURL and do a
insertTextContent(), if the proxy settings not right set a message box opens
that the internet connection could not established.

The uno api sould never open a message box here. An Exception should thrown.

TL->MBA: I think ages ago someone from your team (AS?) took care of all
dialogs/message boxes/... to not show up during API calls.

I doubt that the importance of this issue qualifies it for the 2.0.1 target.
