The Wizard incorrectly disables "first row as label" and "first column as label"
in the Data Source tab when using XY chart. A workaround is to use another chart
style, eg, line, and change it; the change is remembered when switching back to XY.

The disabled check-boxes are just the symptom of another bug: The data-range of
the xy-chart is not detected correctly, therefore the range-string is empty. An
empty string disabled the other controls.

I think this issue is related to Issue 64618.
