I searched the issuebase, and didn't find this issue previously defined. Sorry 
if it is anyway.

Every time I place a horizontal ruler, I find myself at the end of the 
document. This is highly annoying. And it gets even more so as the documents 
contain more pages.

It interrupts workflow and it is a bugger to find the place to start over from.
