BTW: Issue 8774 descrbies the problem and contains all info, but since the comments are written in German I opened this Issue for Louis/Collab.Net. The people involved will provide info in English if/as needed here. thanks, Timon. Reassigning to support. Louis Hello Timon- I need a bit more info for research- could you give me the names of a few users who can assign the IZs and a few names of some users who cannot? thanks Users, who CANNOT assign issues to themselves and CANNOT change fields like "status" or "keywords": Johannes, AndreSchnabel, mysteron User, who can do these things: cloph (sorry, I know actually only this user) I hope that helps... Hi I granted the users you mentioned, Johannes, the privileges they desire (those of cloph). However, I did not fix the root problem. Hence, this issue is still open. In the meantime, I can fix the immediate problems. As to Timon's initial query, yes, we can; we can also make de and qa part of the same category or make a collection of users (a "group") that has the same privileges. That we can discuss offline; the Help in the right navbar provides further information. And I have no idea why QA has any effect. I think it may have something rather to do with the mapping of users in IZ with users in OOo. best louis Louis: From what I understand, OOo does use customized permission settings in the IZ. That's why when I first started to work on some of the IZs I had to have you and the OOo staff change my permissions. I don't think this is a IZ or SC problem. resolving issue as worksforme since this is a procedural issue, not a problem w/ SC or IZ ok, at least me and Christian can take other Issues *** Issue 7695 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. *** |
