Reproduce steps,
1. Create a new Calc document named test.ods, enter some content in A1.
2. Format -> Page -> Header -> Edit
3. Left,Center and Right Area: enter some Chinese characters, then OK and OK 
again to apply.
4. File -> Page Preview
5. See the attached image.

No need to preview.

I rewrite the steps for simple.

1. Create a new calc document
2. Format->page->Header->Edit
3. Input some Chinese characters in the left, center and right area

Characters don't display well. As the attachment shows.

(sorry for my poor English)
Not only calc, other components also have this problem if you choose a western 
font. I set them into a large font and found the characters are drawn with 
diffrernt fonts. Sometimes FontA, sometimes FontB, and sometimes FontA+FontB. 
FontA and FontB may have different appearance, this leads to diffrent size; And 
FontA+FontB leads to "double Image". See my Attachments : Poem ...
