1. Start a presentation.
2. Do something,for example,you can input some words and then save the 
document.
3. "Insert"->"Object"->"OLE Object...",please select "create from file" and 
click Search button to select the document that you have saved.
4. Please select "Link to file" and click "OK".
5. "File"->"Save",close this document,and open it again.
The procedure stops responding,it seems to be a endless loop.

Well, this loop is somewhat to be expected.  It is almost a feature not a bug.

We have here a document that contains a link to itself.  When it is loaded and
the OLE object is rendered the document has to be loaded again.   That OLE
object contains another OLE object that links to the object and so on.  As a
result the document is loaded again and again and thus causes the loop.

The same behaviour can be observed in the Calc but no in the Writer.  That means
that this problem is a) not restricted to Impress (and Draw of course) and b)
that there is a solution.

In which way does this issue block the issue 84291? I just can not imagine a
feature that would need this scenario, could you please explain it in details.

Edit summary.
Edit Module from Presentation to framework, because Spreadsheet, Chart and
Presentation have the same problem.
