(sorry, poor english)

1.In Calc, open a (data)sheet and filter some seperate rows.
(exp: 1,3,5,2,4,6;   filter:>3;   result: , ,5, ,4,6)

2.Select some rows containing the ones above.
(exp: ctrl+a to select all)

3.Add borders to them.
(exp: ctrl+1 -> borders -> set outer borders and inner lines)

4.Page preview. Notice only the top part of the selection was bordered.

In OOo3.0RC4 On WinXP,the issue still exists.
