Any comments on this RFE? http://dtd.nlm.nih.gov/publishing/tag-library/2.3/ - i guess support of this format can be as MUST HAVE status by the way - microsoft have even dedicated postbox for this purpose - stmpubs at ....M$.com also i checked this MS tool - here many things to do so Sun have some additional time to be first in this area Well, OOo is a WYSIWYG application. Using it as an XML authoring tools is an interesting and frequently requested idea, but very difficult to implement with a good user experience. Please note however that OOo has an XForms feature that allows to use XML instances within a document, and that ODF 1.2 has a new RDF based metadata feature, that will provide additional options in future OOo versions.
