The current BugZilla shows the following items for each attachment in the section Attachments: 

 ========================================
  descriptions (file size, content type)
  date time, submitter 
 ========================================

There is no filename there. It can be found by clicking on the link Details or
View All. The beginning part of filename is shown in a small text box, though.

The necessity of additional action to confirm a filename could be avoidable.

Fixed in OOo bugzilla theme.
Fix will be available with next theme deployment.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
