* MySQL server 3.23.52-nt (don't know if this matters)
* MyODBC 3.51.06 (dito)
* import the attached script into a MySQL database of your choice, it will
create a table named with the number of this issue here
* in OOo, create a MySQL data source for this database
* in the data source browser, select the newly created table
* select the second row
* from thecontext menu of the row, chose "delete"
* answer the safety question with "yes"

observed: nothing happens (row is _not_ deleted)
expected: the row is deleted
