Hello,
When I try to install SpamAssassin according this site 
http://www.openhandhome.com/howtosa260.html then it is going wrong at point 
PART VI: Getting NMAKE to Work, Part I.
When I type NMAKE I recive the following error:

Can you please tell my how this can be fixed. I try to install it on a Windows 
2000 server with perl version 5.8.1

This appears to be a new issue brought on by perl 5.8.1 on Win32, we've had it 
working fine with perl 5.6.1, you might need to install that to get things 
working until a fix can (possibly) be made available.

the URL referenced says there are known issues with ActiveState's 5.8 release and people should use 
5.6 instead for now.  Closing as wfm since it seems to be ActiveState's issue.

Sorry I didn't notice this bug report. It is a duplicate of bug #2808 which has
been fixed (If I had noticed this one I would have said that 2808 is a dup of
this). I don't think it is worth reopening this bug in order to close it as a
dup. I'll just add this comment to document it and make it a dependency on 2808,
which I can do without reopening it.
