I have a set of rules that sniff up the SMTP transfer session characteristics
and then make a decision based on factors such as unqualified domain name in
HELO, mis-matched HELO/RDNS, and so forth. One thing I would like to test for is
whether or not the transfer used SMTP or ESMTP. This information is stored in
the "with" sub-field of the Received header, and I would like to request that
this data be pulled into the X-Spam-Relays-Untrusted pseudo-header for easy access.

I am sure the OP has solve this issue with something else after 13 years like using amavisd-new like bug 4194 mentions.
