Description Justin Mason 2006-05-26 10:28:26 UTC
This is now a project in the Google Summer of Code 2006 -- Haren Kodagoda
will be working on it, and I'll be mentoring. congratulations, Haren ;)

Subject ID: spamassassin-easy-mass-check
Keywords: perl, email, corpora, distributed, community

Description: We need a way to make nightly mass check easily accessible to
normal users. They need easy to use software to do mass checks and submit
results. They must be properly trained on the sorting rules. Our project then
needs some way of tracking the level of trust of these growing number of
submitters. see http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/SocNightlyMassCheck

Comment 1 Justin Mason 2007-01-24 08:05:57 UTC
closing bug -- the project completed (time-wise at least).
Comment 2 Theo Van Dinter 2007-01-24 08:10:41 UTC
Do we really want to close these? There's likely to be a Google Summer of Code
2007...
Comment 3 Justin Mason 2007-01-24 08:15:28 UTC
yes -- but we can probably create new entries then, since they'll be entirely
different undertakings I'd guess -- for instance it's probably unlikely that
Haren will be working on the 2007 one. ;)
