Currently the menu items for profiling Unit Tests and Classes with a main method
are disabled when these tests/classes are part of a Web Application. It would be
nice if profiling was available even though the profiling would happen out of
container.

Not for 6.0.

Turning into enhancement, won't be implemented for 6.0.
