From users reports:

Some users use main classes in web projects for maintenace and other reasons. It
is possible to start such class by Run|Run File|Run <main> therefore it should
be possible to start profiling of main classes by Profile|Profile Other|Profile

Sounds reasonable, changing to enhancement as this is no real bug in profiling 
of a webapp.
